Our eye exams usually take around 30 minutes. Advances in technology mean that many of the tests we do are much quicker and easier than they used to be. This means we have plenty of time to discuss any concerns you may have and answer any questions.
For most people, we suggest you have your eyes checked every 2 years. National guidelines recommend children up to 15, adults over 70, and anyone with diabetes or glaucoma should have yearly eye exams. If you have another eye condition, the optometrist may recommend more frequent eye tests.
